Auction for vintage car fans

FANS of vintage vehicles can snap up an object of their affection at the Castle Combe Race Track later this month.
The Chippenham Auction Rooms is holding a viewing and vintage motoring auction over two days - October 31 and November 1 - at the race track near Chippenham.
The viewing day, on the Friday - will give people the chance to see the cars that will be sold the following day.
Lots will include a 1923 Vauxhall 23/60, a 1926 Austin 12/4 Clifton, a classic 1967 Jag Mark 2, as driven by Inspector Morse and the iconic 1958 Morris Minor.
Also being sold at the auction are a large number of rare illuminated double sided signs, a large quantity of enamel signs, cans, tins, car arts and books.
